If you ask for help, gain wisdom.

If you're in recovery, keep the faith.

If you fail, try again.

If you go to church, praise the Lord.

If you care about someone, let them know.

If you’re in a struggle, keep pushing forward.

If you're holding a grudge, let it go.

If you’re living in the past, plan for your future.

If your friends are negative, get new ones.

If the friends are positive, learn from them.

If you're saying you will do it tomorrow, do it today.

The PAST Has Done Its PART, Arise o FUTURE!

Oh my past!
Unusual greetings I bring to you.

See how time flies
It seems like yesterday
The future unfolding itself slowly but surely
Yesterday’s lessons learnt now fine tuning pathway for continued existence.

Still in the world of uncertainty
Knowing not what holds of the future
Yet, you have sufficiently armed me to the teeth for this brave new world.

Alas, you are not bed roses as it seems
But, you have gently polished away my rough edges
And bit by bit you have well-built a relationship between my future and I.

Oh my past!
I’m not lazy in the brain to have forgotten your great maxim of achievement;
“Come what may, never give up on your dreams"
I’m confident to voice out that, it has kept me striving higher and higher.


These great lessons shall not end at this time
The world and generations to come must guzzle from this pot of uncommon wisdom
Letting them know they can be all they can be.

A colourful day filled with positivism
With the smile of a hero all over my face
My dreams are coming alive, I said to myself.

Yet another day for impact
Unique and peculiar
Purpose meeting hope
Big dreams coming alive.

I waste not this day on worries
Like a king I take charge
What an awesome day to soar great

The future is now
A time to create a lasting impact
Creating moments of love
And touching lives.

ACT, IT MAKES A BIG DIFFERENCE

To become is to act
To act is start
Bearing the end in mind

To wish is to day dream
When void of action
To have is to have worked for it
With all dilligence

To think is to explore
Merging the mind and the brain
For a voyage to the world of ideas

THE LOST FUTURE

My bright future is gone
Tears of a wasted future running down my cheeks
Like the watershed of River Nile.

Losing focus
Losing direction
Neglecting my dreams
Oh, what a great future gone.

Reflecting back on my past
Great memories of how I started strikes me intermittently
'The future is so bright' was my motto.

What does the future hold now?
Nothing worth reckoning
Begging for a candle to lighten my world
What an irony of a lost destiny.

All because I neglected my dream
Wasted my time
And that led to my wasted future.

To all youths
Dream big
Act on your dreams
A LITTLE start can amount to a BIG end
Tomorrow might be too late.

THE WORLD I LIVE IN

Out of heaven's decision
The conclusion of my journey to this world was made
Through love and care between my parents
Heaven's decision was established.

Still on the journey of life
The world keeps unveiling to me
Making known the unknown
My cup overflowing with knowledge.

Living in a society of chaos
Where thousands are homeless
Human rights excessively abused
Unconscious self slavery
Racism mounted in our brother Nation
Evils roaming politics.

Hatred tearing love apart
Struggle for power exiling peace
Insecurity torturing us mercilessly
Egocentrism blindfolding human caring nature
What a total act of man inhumanity to man.

The world I wish to Live in
Where hate is conquered by love
Sorrow defeated by happiness
War enslaved by peace
Equal opportunity for both the rich and the poor
A world where man will have respect for the sanctity of human life.

Everyone desires greatness
The world yells for power
We keep on struggling for all these
Because of our deficiency in a factor
And this factor has impaired our vision towards greatness.

This factor remains a vital bridge to actualizing our dreams
Our goal and our hope
Also depends so much on it.

What about our confidence?
What about our self esteem?
What about our integrity?
Can all these be without this factor?

What then is this FACTOR?
What then is this BRIDGE?
That has kept us below our potentials and dreams.

This factor is ATTITUDE
It is who we are
How we act
How much we desire greatness
Our mindset
And our emotions.

It attracts greatness
So does it hinder greatness
Our action as a result it dictates greatness.

Our attitude is proportional to our altitude in life
Perfect attitude perfects altitude in greatness
Better your attitude
And dominate failure and life challenges
All these are made manifest in our doings and actions.

Our altitude stability are attitude driven To accelerate in greatness better your attitude
To get to the mountain top, you need the right attitude.

Examining your attitude is good
Undergoing this attitude change is better
But, acting and living it to its fullest is best of it all
